  • What type of clients are you accepting?

    We are interested in helping those who would benefit from our areas of expertise and niche services. Our services best-fit business owners, executives, independent professionals, and high-net-worth individuals. We focus on tax planning, tax preparation, and general accounting. We also have specialties in the following areas: a broad array of business services, including, but not limited to, bookkeeping and payroll work, equity, crypto, real estate investments, high-income strategies, trusts, estates, nonprofits, problem resolution, and retirement tax planning services.

  • How much do we charge to prepare a tax return?

    Fees vary based on each person’s unique situation. Our starting fee to prepare a Form 1040 and in-state return is typically $275. The fee for preparing a dependent’s return typically is less, and the cost for business services usually is more.

  • What should I expect from my first tax appointment?

    Before your meeting, we provide document lists, questionnaires, and worksheets. See our organizers here: Please review and complete these forms, and if appropriate, ask questions before your consultation. The better prepared you are, the more promptly and accurately we can work on your behalf.

  • What services does your firm offer?

    We offer a wide range of tax preparation and planning services. Our specialties include the following areas: a broad array of business services, including, but not limited to, bookkeeping and payroll work, equity, crypto, real estate investments, high-income strategies, trusts, estates, nonprofits, problem resolution, and retirement tax planning services. We have the resources of a large firm with the personality of a small one.

  • How long should I expect it to take to get my return prepared?

    On our annual tax questionnaire, we ask what date you would like to have your return completed. Many returns are completed in one meeting. We work on a first-come, first-served basis. One of the best ways to get items handled is to schedule an initial or follow-up appointment.

  • Do you offer financial advisory services?

    We work to augment your relationship with your financial planner; we also work closely with and refer clients to a financial firm that offers comprehensive financial planning, including asset management, retirement income planning, estate planning, and risk management. Our owner is life and health licensed solely to advise in these areas. We are not security-registered representatives. He used to be Series 6, 63, 65, and 26 securities licensed, which equips him with experience and know-how, but he prefers to focus on tax and accounting services.
